Frequent departures from both Neilson Plaza and the Transportation Center between 6AM and 8AM each morning. Trips to New York take approximately 50-90 minutes depending on departure point and destination. Suburban Transit provides express bus service to Lower Manhattan, New York City Port Authority and Cross Town (stops at 42nd and 7th Ave., 42nd and 3rd Ave, and sometimes at the United Nations).
