Sydney Greenspan scored eight points and Shanelle Colmon and Nicole Johnson each chipped in with six points for East Brunswick.
East Brunscwick led 17-4 after one quarter, but saw its lead whittled away throughout the game.
Natalie Udoye scored a game-high 16 points and Ashley Hunt added 15 for Edison.
