EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — Two local students are among the 540 additional winners of of National Merit Scholarships financed by colleges and universities. Dong Gun Cho, a 2019 East Brunswick High School graduate, and Zahary Osman, a Milltown resident and Rutgers Prep H.S. graduate, each have received National Merit Scholarships. Cho will attend Rutgers Universoty, where he intends to study computer science. Osman will attend Tufts University, where he will study engineering
