Jax made it through to the top 4 and now needs everyone to vote using all the voting methods to assure that she makes it into the top 3. If she does, her trip back to East Brunswick will be shown as part of the May 6th show.

Jax sang “Empire state of mind” and was great despite being a bit “Horse”. The judges were all impressed.

Great Jax Coverage – MyCentralJersey.com

Cheryl Makin, @CherylMakin has provided additional coverage on mycentraljersey.com including information about the parade that will be held for Jax this Friday here in East Brunswick.

The following is a small selection from this article: “Home sweet homecoming for ‘American Idol’ Jax”

EAST BRUNSWICK – There are four things that Jax misses the most about being so far away from home. In Los Angeles for more than two months, the 18-year-old “American Idol” contestant said, without hesitation, what she misses most is her 16-year-old brother Matthew, her puppy Jeter, the weather and Dunkin’ Donuts.

The singer-songwriter who is in the Top 5 on “American Idol” will tour with other contestants this summer.

On Friday, Jax, who turns 19 on Tuesday, and an “American Idol” entourage will visit her hometown to film a piece to be shown May 6, the night the Top 3 are crowned. Should Jax be in the Top 3, her homecoming adventure will be featured on that episode.

Of course the Home News is not the only folks supporting Jax!
