American Idol contestant Jax returned to her hometown of East Brunswick, NJ and was welcomed by thousands. The town put on a parade and concert to celebrate her success at making it to the final 4 on American Idol. The event came off very nicely. The crowd really started to grow about 4:30 and it was great to see all the kids excitedly waiting for Jax with their homemade signs. The East Brunswick High School choir marched in the parade and sang to Jax. When Jax finally came out to sing, she made her way through the crowd to get to the stage and then the East Brunswick Choir sang to her – followed by a group hug. Jax then sang several songs which really sounded great. It was all very nice.
